危险度评价法在重整装置中的应用

In order to determine the basic causes of major accidents which may occur in the reforming unit, and take the countermeasures of safety, this paper used the risk degree assessment method for safety assessment about the reforming unit. Hidden danger of the unit was found by the analysis of risk, and intrinsic risk grades of the equipment units was divided by the risk assessment table. Results show that the unit has very high intrinsic risk grade, in which the existence of a large number of hazardous substances, most equipments because of the high temperature and pressure, corrosion and other factors can easily lead to the leakage of medium, so as to cause fire and explosion. According to the results of the assessment, propose the corresponding safety measures to prevent accidents, ensure the production running smoothly.

基于ANSYS地铁出入口幕墙钢结构有限元分析

    利用ANSYS软件对框支承玻璃幕墙在受组合载荷作用时进行了结构有限元强度分析。通过对由梁单元和板单元组成的框支承玻璃幕墙进行分析、计算,可以准确地得到各个构件单元的变形及应力大小,从而为改善系统的力学性能提供了理论依据。计算结果表明:在多种建筑载荷的组合作用工况下,本方案中钢结构龙骨的最大的强度应力值和刚度变形值分别为105.758MPa和14.156mm,完全满足幕墙规范的许可值要求。这样经过有限元的仿真在满足了工程安全的同时,更有利于设计过程中的优化下料,进而节省成本,为幕墙公司创造更多的效益。
